Those crazy guys even washed windshields!

"It was late '66 when I took part of the Platoon to Tuy Hoa to work with the 1/4th Infantry Division, which was brand new in country and not used to helicopter operations. We practiced all aspects with them in what was supposed to be a 'cold' area. The whole 10th CAB (Combat Aviation Battalion) moved in shortly thereafter. Tuy Hoa eventually became a major Army airfield."
