Major Thomas Wheat, Dolphin 6 Major Glenn Gibson, Dolphin 5
On the left is Major Thomas Wheat, Commanding Officer of the 174th AHC in the fall of 1967. MAJ Wheat completed his tour and was later killed in an aviation accident in the States. On the right is Major Glenn Gibson, Executive Officer at this time. MAJ Gibson later became Dolphin 6, replacing MAJ Wheat when he DEROSed. (Photos taken by Jim McDaniel, Duc Pho, 1967)
