Dolphin 954's Nose Art


The two photos below were sent in by Ross Clement and are of Dolphin 66-16954. The red scarf on the Dolphin represents the second flight platoon. The photos, taken in November 1968 and showing their age a bit, give a good look at 954's nose art. Thad Kelly was the crew chief and his ship was named "Shenandoah." These two photos were taken on the pad at LZ Cork in Nov of 68. The top photo is of Thad while the lower photo is of of Ross, the Aircraft Commander.
